I am piling on the weight. Post xmas and New Year I am determined to eat healthy. I know I will put weight on as I'm only halfway there, but want to be a bit healthier and wean off the junk. But I binge eat at work or feeling blue. Any healthy snacks or treats that aren't really bad for you? Not looking to lose weight, just be a bit more sensible.

I’ve been eating Jacobs crackers with hoummous. Anytime I’m hungry I just get them out and have a munch. Hoummous is healthy and crackers give you a few carbs but ah well can’t make everything healthy. You could replace crackers with cucumber?

Good quality peanut butter and banana on wholemeal pitta or toast. Make some batches of healthy cookies and/or muffins, freeze them, take with you to work or in the car etc.
