Vicks vapour rub

Sorry 2nd time posting today, got a stinking cold. Anyone know if I can rub Vicks on my chest before bed? Thanks!

Calpol do a great plug in for a cold, it's quite strong but safe and relaxes you. You can get it in lots of shops like Sainsburys, Home Bargains etc.

Vicks is safe, Olbas Oil too on a hanky underneath your pillow case.
