Tilted or retroverted uterus

My uterus is slightly tilted and at 12+5 scan it was still tilted. A little worried it won't tilt back... Any tips to helping it tip forward?

Mine is like that permanently and so was my mum's apparently. I asked consultant about it and they just said some people may need intervention others won't. I did as baby got a bit stuck at the bend and forceps were happily used to get her out.

It will tip forward as baby grows and pushes it up past the pubic bone. But it's completely normal. Everyone's is either retroverted or anteverted. It's just how you were born. It will likely retrovert again after you give birth, but in later pregnancy will be forward tilting as your uterus expands. Both are totally normal, so nothing you need to be worrying about.

I apparently have one of these and honestly I have not noticed it making any difference at any point in my pregnancy...,
