Hi all. I just have to post because I can’t share with anyone else yet as it’s still early and we need to tell family in the right way... my partners fourth child, but my first and this is my long awaited, desperately loved, already adored jellybean! My partner and I have been trying so long and have had three chemical pregnancies, and a year and a half of struggle to get here. We saw the healthy, gorgeous heartbeat and the strong cord and we’re so happy. I would love to see your pictures of your scans!! 26.07.18 due date.

I am an active mother to all three of my partners children, and consider them my firsts and always will, but giving birth to my own biological child has always been a dream. Hope that doesn’t sound awful.

So much love for you all! And so much love for my jellybean. Please show me your scan pics and share any stories of telling the family that may have been harder than expected... xxx

Congratulations :) im currently expecting my 4th and found it difficult telling my lot as my youngest is 16 and DH nearly 50. As u can imagine it was one heck of a suprise but alls well that ends well. Fingers crossed u find a right way for u all to share the news but all that matters is how u, your partner and the other 3 kids feel. Even if it could b a lil hostile in the begining as jealousy in kids is normal, they will soon come round. My lot did and now they really cant wait to meet their little brother xx

Aww magical! Congratulations!! Not sure on your difficult situation about sharing the news... To the other children or to family? I have 2 older ones we're telling soon... I'm going to start with the whole, we think theyre so amazing we wanted another and that they could be there to share their amazingness with baby .... Or something liked that 😛

Congratulations! I'm less than a week ahead of you and it sounds like we've been through similar (horrible) experiences - this is my fourth pregnancy after three miscarriages, but the first to make it past seven weeks and where we've seen a heartbeat. We've been trying for 18 months. Here's my little one last Wednesday, at 9+5. Every time I've been for a scan I've been convinced that would be the time they told me it was all over, but every time there's been a little heart beating away. Still finding it hard to get excited, but trying to let myself enjoy it now.
