Anyone who's used Maggie Howell for hypnobirthing, if i download the 'effective birth preparation' 30 minute album off itunes is that enough? 30 minutes doesn't seem like a lot to train my brain lol but it doesn't say to get anything additional?

Her book is good as an accompaniment but technically only the 30 mins is needed if you listen to it enough in the prescribed way ..every day towards the end and not when usually sleeping.
