UTI infection

Hi I am just over 13 weeks and starting to get a water infection. It's very painful and burning. Trying to drink as much as I can to flush it out but so far not working. Started early this evening. Any ideas of home remedies to help me. Drs won't be open until next weds. I could always go to A&E. I'm hoping to get rid of it without needing antibiotics. Thanks Ladies.

Don't go to A&E that's ridiculous. Try your pharmacy or donuts have a walk in centre/out if hours doctors? 111 can get you an appointment there if it gets really bad

You need to call to see out of hours doctor as an infection can be serious when you're pregnant. Make sure they know you're pregnant when you call.

I've always been prone to UTI's and have found that the pain is the worst pain I've ever had, so treatment is essential. Its unlikely to go away on its own without antibiotics and you will be in agony. Drink lots of water and call an emergency doctor.
