Hi everyone! I had my 12 week scan this week and now feel I can start getting excited about this pregnancy Smile Has anyone read any good pregnancy books they would recommend?

In Scotland we get Ready Steady Baby from our midwives but not sure if they have same elsewhere. There is a good book I have and it's made by the same guys who do all the car manuals in hardback - it's actually really good and full of information.

I point blank refuse to look at celeb books due to ego patting they do for each other.

Miriam Stoppard had good books out in early 90s- some small things outdated but pregnancy hasn't really changed in roughly 3000 years.

Local library is your friend ☺

'Expecting Better' is fantastic for myth busting as is 'Bumpology'-I recommend both!

Got mine second hand on Amazon.

I loved The Positive Birth Book- it kept me calm!
