C section pain at 28 weeks

I had a caesarean in 2008 (only previous child) so have had my VBAC appointment last month. They said to me that if my scar starts to hurt then I should come in immediately. I’m 28 weeks and I’ve been getting fairly painful twinges in it, but not agonising. Is this enough to worry about? I plan to call my midwife in the morning. Thanks in advance x

I would call the hospital or midwife and ask, always best to check x
