Someone anyone please tell me this gets better and not worse?!
I am currently 12 weeks and I can not cope with these toilet trips! Passing stool is literally so so painful! I dread using the toilet! I have some lactolose but haven't take any yet. Does it seem to help or should I avoid it! Anything I can eat to make it easier? Tried everything I can think of. I could cry the amount of time I'm sat there Sad
Any advice or experiences would be great!

Lactolose does help but it's just a softerner to make it easier you may find it better to ask for senna to help with going. I struggled terribly when pregnant with my lb

Prunes, prunes and more prunes. Chop them up in a bowl of porridge and snack on them during the day.

I've been going through this for the last two weeks. It's so horrible I actually hate needing to go now. The lactulose helped a little but remember to up your intake of water. Enough is never enough, keep topping up that glass. Hope you are doing better soon. I'm hoping it will pass eventually.

I struggled with this pretty much all the way through apart from maybe a few weeks (literally) and the last week or so.

I once had a stint of nothing for 3 weeks to the point that I was wondering where my body was actually stuffing all the food I had... I just didn't have the urge to go, as if my bowels had decided to take a holiday. Though I do have this at the end and in the middle during my normal cycle as well, so it's totally hormonal.

Never got haemorroids either strangely, except for after due to the pushing 🙄.

Prunes, dates and orange juice are your friends.

Are you taking a multivitamin with iron? If so, stop. Iron is probably not your friend.

My bathroom was being done up when I was pregnant so we had to flush the loo with a bucket. I couldn't do it with enough force to get rid of my poos so had to get my husband to do it for me. BlushShock
