I’m just over 20 weeks; all scans and tests are normal but I regularly experience pains in the lowest part of the belly, where the baby currently is more or less, with unpleasant sensations varying: feels like I have a bowl full of water down there; or it feels very tight, or simply hurts, or feels very heavy like pushing down, to the point that sometimes I can’t stand or walk, or as if the bladder is full but it’s not .. I will go to the hospital when I have a chance but wondered how others felt

When the baby is moving/flipping it's not a pleasant sensation and feels very heavy, bit like being wrung out from the inside but it is hard to describe! I get a very sharp pain low down on my right side if I walk for more than ten minutes straight. Been told these pains are normal as the uterus grows (am 22wks). If it is really hurting though don't be afraid to talk to your MW.

Thank you! Does it mean we need to walk less?

I've just been advised to listen to your body and don't push yourself if you do have sharp pains. But it's normal to have dull aches etc in the area :) If you're not sure though definitely do speak to your MW they would always prefer you check!
