Hello I'm 13 weeks and 3 days. All day Yesterday and woken up today still the same I have been experiencing cramps but they are not severe ones they are just there if that makes sense had my 12 week scan and everything was ok, is it because it's growing or should I worry? There was abit of brown spotting aswell but I have had that every time I have had intercourse which happened the night of when the cramps started. When I told the hospital this they said that I am very sensitive there ( at my 12 week scan) That was one of my first signs of pregnancy for me , cramps and I have had round ligament pain quite a bit. Is just feel worried as it was all day/ night yesterday and started again this morning. X

Hi there, I am 12 +6 and have been getting cramps also but like you not severe and I haven't had any brown discharge. I would presume it's just everything stretching to accommodate growing baby. I did message my midwife explaining what's been happening but fat chance of hearing anything back. It's pretty hopeless tbh. She never replies.

Hahah yesh I think that's what I might have to do is she doesn't respond by the end of the day. I don't see the point in having a midwife if you cant get hold of her. So frustrating! Yeah I pray it eases off in next couple days but would still like my mind put at ease.

Hi I’m 10 weeks and began cramping this morning and it’s been on and off all day, very mild though. I had a scan on Friday and all was great
