2nd hand pram/carrycot-new mattress?

We are thinking of buying an uppababy vista. If we buy 2nd hand do we need a new mattress for the carrycot? They don't seem that easy to buy. I was planning on using it for daytime naps and for overnight stays

If using it for overnight then yes.

Always buy a new mattress and you should manage to get a new one if you know the measurements- most places have a universal one that fits most
