Hi,

I'm 12 + 3 & I havn't felt as bad as usual yesterday or today - & that worries me Sad

I just wondered when other people's morning sickness had eased up?

Thank you!

Think mine was about 21 weeks when it stoped but did get slightly better before it stopped

goodbeans · 16/12/2017 21:14

I think my morning sickness stopped at the same time - more or less to the day. Then came a surreal six weeks or so of feeling completely normal before I could finally feel baby moving! Try not to worry and enjoy feeling ok again!

Chocness · 16/12/2017 21:14

About the same time as you OP. if I remember correctly the placenta kicks in at around 12 weeks which is why morning sickness (for many) starts to subside. It’s quite normal for symptoms to come and go apparently so try not to worry. Have you had your 12 week scan yet?

Leckhamptonmummy · 16/12/2017 21:15

Still got it at 28 weeks!

Pennywhistle · 16/12/2017 21:15

I was still throwing up during my C-section...

When I gave birth Grin
My sisters morning sickness stopped at 12 weeks both times so try not to worry!

Crumbs1 · 16/12/2017 21:16

I usually vomited as an indicator of transition. Sick all the way through all pregnancies. Brilliant diet!

dragonmummy17 · 16/12/2017 21:18

It got less by 10 weeks and finished by 13 weeks. It's when the placenta starts taking over so try not to worry

YCAWS · 16/12/2017 21:18

18/19 weeks with both pregnancies. Only to return 30ish weeks with no1. I'm 29 weeks with No2 and it's started

RaeCJ82 · 16/12/2017 21:28

I never had any morning sickness. In fact, my "symptoms" of pregnancy were very mild until near the end when I'd get horrendous heartburn and acid reflux. DD was born at an incredibly healthy 10lb 1oz. I worried that I wasn't feeling pregnant enough but everything was fine.

ClareB83 · 16/12/2017 21:37

Gone by 12 weeks

GimmeSomeLuck · 16/12/2017 21:49

Thank you all for answering Flowers

Chocness I had my 12 week scan on Monday & everything was fine. But I've also had 2 miscarriages previously so I'm always feeling on edge Sad

Around 14 weeks both times

lookingforthecorkscrew · 16/12/2017 22:15

Mine definitely started improving by 12 weeks. I’m nearly 14 weeks now and only have maybe one bad day out of every four.

AdidasGirl · 16/12/2017 23:09

I had morning, noon and night sickness for the whole 9 months.Even when I was in labour.
It was horrendous.
It stopped the second my baby was born.

Mrstobe90 · 16/12/2017 23:14

I had awful sickness until 17 weeks. I now throw up about once every 3 weeks which isn’t too bad. Was about 6-10 times a day in the first trimester.

IfYouDontImagineNothingHappens · 16/12/2017 23:43

When the baby crowned. Contractions and Vom is special

Veggiehappy · 17/12/2017 14:56

Im 12 + 3 and have found over the last couple of weeks i haven't been feeling quite as sick and tired as i was earlier on, yet bizarrely rather than feeling sick all the time i have just spontaneously thrown up a couple of times over this last few days.

AndhowcouldIeverrefuse · 17/12/2017 15:01

1st baby it stopped at 42 (last time I threw up was when they took DC and me to the ward. Happy days Grin)

2nd baby at 18 weeks. Being pregnant and nausea-free was unbelievable Smile

seizethecuttlefish · 19/12/2017 19:07

First time, never stopped. This time I'm 29 weeks and still bad but I have HG so I expected it. Didn't make it any more fun! At least I got meds early.

shhhfastasleep · 19/12/2017 19:11

Vomiting stopped about 25 weeks. Weird nausea stopped about an hour after dd was born.

Rockandrollwithit · 19/12/2017 19:12

Not until the placenta came out 🙄

Third trimester both times, when it got over taken by heart burn. Oh the joys of pregnancy.

Rotorevolution · 19/12/2017 19:33

Within an hour of giving birth. It did ease up a lot after 18 weeks.
