Do you have the actual flu or just a bad cold? If you have the actual flu, I would see your GP for advice on how to manage it. It can be serious for baby, but usually that's to do with high fever (it's the fever that's risky). So I would do everything you can to keep the fever down and I'd be taking regular paracetamol to manage it and anything else your doctor suggests. If it's just a bad cold, similarly I'd take the paracetamol, get plenty of fluids and rest, lemon/ginger/honey, use a saline nasal spray and make sure you are taking plenty of vitamin C & D and zinc. It will pass. I've been sick for 2 weeks now (31 weeks), but a cold is no risk to baby even if you feel miserable. Just rest and take care of yourself because it's still not nice.
