So dates all fine
It states
The greater of full basic pay or 90% of average salary for first 6 weeks
A further eight weeks will be paid at your basic salary
Followed by 25 weeks at the current rate of SMP

So my question is.. It didn't state smp or 90% whichever is the least as I thought it was.?

Now my weekly earnings are only approx £140 anyway as basic. (, 602 pcm)

Can anyone work out what I'd get for each timescale?

SMP (after the first 6 weeks) is:
"£140.98 or 90% of your average weekly earnings (whichever is lower) for the next 33 weeks"

I'd take it that you'd get 90% of your avg wage.

But that might be more than your basic wage, if you get overtime or bonuses etc
