I am 9 weeks and have awful morning sickness. I have been eating a lot of veg and staying healthy but my tummy feels very bunged up and my poop is coming out in little dry pebbles. My tummy almost feels stretched Inside. Can I buy fybogel and safely take it?

Yes, I've used it quite a bit. It's perfectly safe in pregnancy.

Yes.

Also if you can stomach them dried apricots will make things move along.

If you can stomach drinks try prune juice. I mixed it half cranberry half prune. It's a bit odd but strangely moreish. You can also buy Ella's pouches which are pure prunes and are small and easy to eat. That might help move things along.

Yep, though I found lactulose more useful. Hope you feel better soon!

Yes to fybogel. It's nicer mixed with orange squash. Make sure you're drinking enough water, I always found morning sickness meant I was dehydrated which doesn't help with the general bunged-up ness.

Yes, I took that and lactulose throughout both my pregnancies. Drink a lot of coconut water too if you can, very hydrating. Also a strong coffee to blast it out of you!

Yes, it's fine. I took it with lactulose
