So yesterday I slipped on ice with my little girl 15 months in my arms. I managed to keep us up but in doing so I really hurt my pelvis and back and was in a lot of pain last night.
Today I have felt a bit nausea and as if I was put of foods so done a test and it's positive.. I'm now worried I have hurt my baby or may cause a miscarriage is it worth phoning out of hours to get checked over? Or am I over thinking?

If you are early pregnant then your baby is tucked deep in your pelvis and won’t be at risk. You are more at risk of damaging your joints though. Hope you feel ok after a rest x

Sounds like it’s very early days in which case baby has loads of cushioning in there and won’t have felt a thing. If you have any pain or bleeding do go and get checked out though.
