Positive on FRER negative urine test as hospital

I have had a faint BFP yesterday and today on a FRER I think I'm 9dpo. Because it's soon after a D&C for MMC the EPU asked me to come in for a urine and blood test. I'll get the result of the blood test tonight but their urine test is negative. Does this mean I've had a chemical pregnancy?

What was their urine test?
As you probably know, some tests are more sensitive than others and the ones the NHS use around here are really not sensitive.
I wouldn't worry too much until you have the blood test back as that's a definite either way.

A hospital urine test will always be negative at 9dpo as they are not sensitive.

But the blood test will be sensitive so fingers crossed for a good result for you.

Do the FRER again in morning and if line is darker then you know this pregnancy may be progressing...
