Gestational diabetes at 35 weeks

Anyone been diagnosed this late and what was treatment??
I had glucose in urine at last weeks check and so am back in tomorrow for another check , but I do have some symptoms so just wondering what course of action will be.
I'm booked in for c section on 4th jan

Sorry posted too early, booked in anyway for c section for other reasons in relation to previous birth - which will be at 39 weeks
