Lump on my fanjo

Sorry if TMI.
I've got a small lump on one of my vaginal lips (inner ones). It's not painful, but is a bit uncomfortable when it rubs on my pants.
It feels firm to the touch, and is about the size of a lentil or split pea.
What could it be? A small cyst? A boil? A spot?
It doesn't have a head on it, and it feels like one of those painful spots you sometimes get on your face, which my mother calls 'blind boils', which feel lumpy but don't seem to have any pus inside.
Has anyone had one before?

I'm also pg and have had a varicous vein in mine from quiet early on... perhaps its that. If so haemerroid cream can help.

If not it could be a blocked follicle or just a boil.

Oh this pregnancy business is glamour all the way!

I've had a look, and it doesn't seem to be a varicose vein.
I suspect it is just a spot, and I'm getting in a flap over nothing. I suppose if you can get spots on your face, back, neck etc, then there's no reason why you shouldn't get one on your fanjo too.
I'd rather have a giant spot on the end of my nose than on my fanjo though.
