Chesty cough/sensitive gag reflex

I’m 13 weeks and JUST as my MS started to tail off I caught my DS’s chesty cough. Now I’m finding myself coughing and gagging/retching many times a day. I’ve even vomited a few times.

Any hints/tips for surviving a cough with MS?!

Keep fluids up. I managed a urine infection too when I had a hideous cold- cough/ retch/ peez
