Anyone else feeling like this? I don't like slippery paths at the best of times but really not looking forward to having to do school runs and trip to town tomorrow

Yep, 34 weeks here, good excuse to avoid any walking we possibly can... for the rest, my mum swears by these: www.yaktrax.co.uk - don’t know how easy they are to get hold of but I’m sure there are other similar things around. Decent footwear & generally walking like a little old lady / not being too proud to hang on to walls / stick my bump out and accept any help offered, etc, is called for I think! And I’m saying to hell with the environment and planning to drive a journey I usually walk because it’s got a long slippery hill...

If the worst happens and you do fall - remember baby’s still pretty well cushioned in there: I’m thinking of the risk as more to me cracking a wrist at an inconvenient time than anything happening to them.

Good luck!

I’m almost 36 weeks and I’m worried too.
Just been taking it really slow and walking near to fences and walls where possible so I have something to grab if I went down. So far so good. Although trying to stay upright holding hands with a 3yo has its challenges!
