Hi, just looking for any experiences similar to mine. I'm 39 weeks today. Had midwife appt last week and she referred me for a scan as baby not at all engaged and this is my first.
Went for scan and they confirmed baby head down but totally free and back to back. They have said to wait and see what happens. My next midwife appt isn't until 18th (2 days after due date) and they have booked me to see consultant on 21st (I'm assuming this is in the case the baby still hasn't engaged but they didn't really explain?)
I can feel she still hasn't engaged. Absolutely no pressure or anything down below. The bottom of my tummy is totally soft - she's so high up.
Anybody had similar experiences and had normal delivery? Totally given up on her being here before Christmas now :( xx
