Ok so if first baby came nicely early, when does second baby come?

Long way off yet but trying to plan when to start mat leave. DS (my first) arrived at 37 + 6 which was just wonderful. Don't want to expect the same second time round then, so just wondered what anyone else has found?!

dd was at 39 + 3

ds was 38 + 2

not sure how accurate my dates are though as they were base on scans both times

All of mine were 4 days early (with the possible exception of no#3 because by then I stopped taking much notice of the EDD they gave me and I can't remember exactly which date they finally settled on but I do know he was at least 4 days early).

DS came at 38+3

DD decided that she wouldn't be like her big brother and came at 40+4. The last two weeks of pregnancy felt very long .

yes I'm worried that I'll still be sat there at 42 weeks. But then, aren't we all?

ds1 4 days early ds2 6 days late. He's still awkward, now!

Both of mine were 8 days late (not sure if thats 40+8 or 41+1!?)

DS1 37 weeks...

DS2 40+1, grrrr.

One of my friends... dd1 34 weeks, ds1 42 weeks!

ds came 38+2

expected the same 2nd time. sorely disappointed!

dd came 40+4

dd1 5 days early
dd2 5 days early
dd3 5 days early

Both mine were 3 days early.

1st ds 3 days late
2nd ds 18 days late
3rd dd induced 2 weeks early

DD1 came at 34+1

DD2 came at 36+4 Labour

Dd1 - 35 weeks

Dd2 - 40 weeks and 9 days.

I felt massively over due qith dd2!!

DD - 9 days early
DS - on due date.

ds 38 weeks
ds2 42 weeks

yes, a lot of a difference!!!

When it's ready

My first 2 were late then the 3rd on his date, but a friend's first was 5 weeks early and the second 2 days late.

They are so unpredictable.
