Hello ladies
I'm 17 weeks and have been really ill during the first trimester. So much so that I've had to stop exercising and have only really eaten beige salty things for about 12 weeks 
I'm feeling better and would like to get back to exercise. I used to run regularly but there's no chance of that now. I'm waking and swimming though.
I'd like to do some light weights and resistance in the gym, but don't really know where to start. I've not used a gym in years. I was thinking of light upper body weights, stepper machine, exercise bike. Does that sound ok? I'll obvs ask one if the instructors to talk me through it but I'd like to have a vague idea before I approach them.
Any advice most welcome.
