How far pregnant am I?

So I recently had a miscarriage on 20th October, so haven’t had a normal cycle since. I have had a few positive pregnancy tests in last week including a digital, first date I could of conceived would be the 4th november, just no idea how I’d work out dates etc x

Were you ovulating on 4th Nov? It's usually dated from 2 weeks before that. This is very average though so not definite.

You're probably between 4 and 6 weeks pregnant but without a scan, there's no way of knowing exactly.

This might sound like a really stupid thing to say but there is a reason.... did you defiantly misscarry? I ask because my mum was told in hospital after a lot of pain, bleeding and a scan she had miscarried me, a few weeks later another scan proved them very wrong!x

Have you done another test this Month ? Because HCG levels will still be present from 20oct to 4th Nov so the positive test could been from the previous pregnancy ..

Yes I definately miscarried I had the surgical removal and took a test 3 weeks later to check which was negative, now only just showing positive pregnancy test in past week which has gotten clearer each day x

If in the last week the test has gone from barely there to clear then you're probably about five weeks, but no one can tell you for sure until you have a scan.
