I am 9.5 weeks pregnant and just have a feeling I am having twins.
Twins run in both my and my husbands family and I feel I already have a bump and put on more weight that I should have at this stage.
Any other symptoms of carrying twins I can look for before I have my scan?

I had bleeding gums and nose bleeds (due to higher hormone levels).
Could feel my fundal very prominently from around 6 weeks.
Exhaustion like I've never knowm, I could have slept standing up.
I was so nauseous and sick (this lasted throughout my pregnancy).

Growing two placentas can cause these symptoms to be very exaggerated.
