Absolutely freezing hands due to poor circulation

This is a strange topic but I'm hoping somebody can relate.
I'm 20 weeks now and since becoming pregnant I've had very low blood pressure, not dangerously low but on the very low end. I've found in the last few weeks especially that my circulation has become very poor and in particular my hands are always absolutely freezing. Even now just typing they are so numb and feel empty. It's becoming really difficult now and I feel like I only get relief when I wear gloves constantly which surely can't be healthy.
Has anyone experienced this? I'm tempted to speak to my midwife but I'm doubtful she'll be able to help.

I haven't but know people that have. I think it may be Raynauds syndrome and some people are prone to it during pregnancy and it can go away after. Some people have it all the time... Maybe worth a look?
