Scan for heartbeat

Morning everyone, I had a scan 2 weeks ago thinking I was 7 weeks but the scanner thinks I wasn't even 6 weeks so referred me back to the hospital 2 weeks later as she couldn't find a heartbeat - well today is D-day and I'll hopefully get to hear my child's heartbeat. In the last two days I have felt rotten so I guess that's a good sign. I've attached a pic of my earlier scan and I'll hopefully (fingers crossed) be able to add another pic later with a heartbeat.

I'll be broken if they can't detect a heartbeat today. To be honest I'm quite nervous!

It's fine. Lisa Thompson is a very common name :) it's a married name and If it was my maiden name id be recognised!

Lovely healthy heartbeat. I'm further than I thought too. I'm 7 +5, the scan is below. I'm so happy :)

Wonderful news and congratulations. Can I ask how you got your early scan, was it private? I am very unsure of my dates so my midwife has taken an educational guess based on a possible conception date but they wont let me have an early scan for dating.

AKP79 I got an early test through the hospital, I suffer from anxiety and had previous MC so they scanned me to check dates and put me at ease xxx
