Am I pregnant? Need advice.

A few months ago I had 3 faint positive pregnancy tests which i took to my GP. They responded by doing a blood test which came back negative so no more was done. I had sex 7 weeks ago after this, and have taken two pregnancy tests today, one of which is a faint positive and one which showed positive and then went blank - this was done later this evening (See photo). I have a digital test which I will do in the morning, but just want some advice on any next steps I should take.

also any advice on how i add a photo to this thread? would be easier if i could show what the tests look like

Hello! If you're on the app there should be a little paper clip button for you to attach a photo. It should be the same for the website too (I think)

digital came back negative. here is a photo of the faint positive test I got, not really sure what to do now.

Doesn't look positive to me. Maybe wait a few more days and try again. Might be too early to see.

Have you had no periods in this time?

I have had one day of bleeding since I last had sex, which wasn't like a usual period (TMI) it was sort of brown, and haven't had any bleeding since then
