As the title says really- I have pain in my bum as if I'd been doing squats but haven't done any, or walked any distances more than usual etc. Tried googling but not found a lot, I'm 9+3, anyone experiencing/ experienced this and have an explanation?

I have this! But only on my right side... I’m 14 weeks but have had it since about 10 weeks. It almost feels like I have a deep bruise in my bum but there is no mark!

This really weird, I have had exactly this happened to me today! I'm only six weeks I can't explain why my bum feels like I've done a workout. I'm not sure if its baby related but you're not alone! 😝

I used to get shooting pains through my bottom when I was pregnant with my first and have had similar pains this time around (7 weeks).

With my first my contractions went through my bottom rather than around my tummy. He was breach and I wonder whether it has something to do with the position?

Thanks for all the replies, it's good to not be the only one! Maybe it means we are using our muscles there more than usual while we grow our tiny humans. Not sure! I find myself questioning almost everything that's happening at the moment, google search history is just '[blank] in pregnancy, normal?' all the way down! First pregnancy, right Wink

I have had this too but as @AKP79 said it was right through my bum. Blush My friend reassured me and said it was your pelvis tipping but going the midwife tomorrow singling to ask her. Never had this with my first xx
