First time starting s thread but I have googled extensively and it's starting to get ridiculous. I'm almost 12 weeks pregnancy with my first, have been signed off work with extreme sickness since 8 weeks, am sick every day until midday then just feel sick for the rest of the day. And my skin is so so bad, I have what I can only describe as a bunch of cysts on my cheek, they are so sore and red.
I am just feeling so down and miserable. Googling all sorts of weird acne remedies and sickness remedies.
Please tell me it gets better because I am starting to go mad! Sad

Oh gosh that’s awful. Have you been given any medication for your sickness?

After 12 weeks progesterone and oestrogen start rising considerably and many women do feel better around the 14-16 mark. However, everyone is individual and symptoms can vary so much. I hope they ease for you soon :(

Watching this..I'm now 26 week, I had not much sickness or. Anything however my face is as you described. I've had antibiotics, antibiotic creams and things and nothing has helped.. Don't try and use make up it will make it worse.
I've always suffered with my face and have had many cysts cut out. Touch wood these aren't as large but lots of them. Especially chin and sides of mouth.. Like I have a goatee of spots lol
When I had my DS macby moons ago after I gave birth it flared so bad too. I just hope that don't happen this time again.

If u find anything that works let me know lol.

For most people it does! I'm one I'm of the unfortunate ones...
and if it doesn't, just remember its only temporary and soon it will all be a distant memory.
Try to make the most of the 'good days', ask for help when you need it and try not to worry too much about work.
and most of all.... it's all worth it! Grin
