Bottle feeding advice needed?

Just wondered how people make up bottles for bed? Do you use the cool boiled water and feed straight away or is it possible to take the cool boiled water up in a bottle and just add the formula and give at room temperature saves us going up and down the stairs?

I only used pre-made formula, so much easier. Give at room temperature from the get go, never ao problem at night/out and about etc

We have a perfect prep machine upstairs.

You need to use hot water to make formula so it kills the bacteria in the milk. You can make up formula using half hot water and then add the other half of cold water.

You have to use hot water to sterilise the formula.

I boiled the water and filled the bottles in advance then just added the powder as needed.

I had to mix feed because of weight loss and found this advice from NHS Scotland very useful for bottle feeding.

Must use hot water to kill bacteria in the milk.
You are allowed to premake bottles (rapid cool, and leave in back of fridge for up to 24hours) so during the night you can just heat bottle in a jug of hot water.

Sorry when i said pre-made i meant ready made!

Always used ready made at night, fed at room temp. Easiest solution!
