Bleeding/spotting how normal?

No cramps at all but I have some light bleeding sort of like the beginning/end of a period. Had slight discharge before but never blood. How normal is this or should I call midwife?

I’d call your midwife just to be sure. I had bleeding it was due to the placenta being low and having a blood clot. Always better to be safe.

How many weeks are you? I am nearly 7 and had this 3 times and my scans show nothing and we don’t know why it has been happening

Call your midwife, but try not to worry. I'm 14 weeks and I've had three bleeds so far. As with Nikki they can't find any reason for it, but they aren't worried. Congratulations on your pregnancy.

Nearly 8 weeks and just had some light bleeding when I went to the loo. Fingers crossed it settles down for us all and is nothing serious

Sorry I forgot to reply I rang midwife yesterday morning pretty soon after I posted, I was 8+2 so 8+3 today she wasn’t extremely concerned just said rest when I can and if it becomes more frequent to call back. If I was RH negative blood type to go to A&E but I’m not.
Thank you for your support yes let’s of hope it stops! It just makes me worry so much! I’ll feel a lot better after next scan I think
