After all the bloody worrying I've done of disappearing symptoms, googling worse case scenarios all the time and just generally being negative all time. I can finally say I wish I hadn't been like that now.

Baby is measuring perfect size and I'm 7 +2 weeks :) heartbeat was flickering away.
I know I'm not out of the woods yet but I know my odds are now higher for a healthy pregnancy and I don't have too long to go now to be able announce it :)

So I just want to say to FTM who are worrying like I was and googling, please try not to worry.

Also anyone know the Ramzy theory ? And wonder what my little bean could be

Was this an NHS scan or a private?

Congrats OP

Awh how exciting OP!! I bet your heart was skipping the entire time! Seeing that tiny bean with their little heart fluttering is so amazing! Weldone for noticing you were getting a bit overly worried but it’s complwtely normal, it will re occur I promise you, you’ll hit a stage again maybe before your 12 week scan where you panic again but just re-read this post and remind yourself that getting het up doesn’t help googling ANYTHING never helps hahah!! I don’t know about the theory but I’d massively suggest getting an early gender scan if you’re keen on knowing ASAP 16 weeks they’ll tell you who’s set up shop in there heheh!! Ahh so exciting!!! Haha thank you Hun :) I've already been googling statistics of mc after seeing a heartbeat at 7 weeks. And then just told myself off and put my phone down 😩

The nurse was lovely and happy with everything she saw and had no cause of concern. She did say my next one will be in 5 weeks but because of how worried I am and being told I'm infertile by a dr to then becoming pregnant, they'd be happy to re scan me again in a few weeks :)
And it was with the nhs xxx

Ahah it creeps back really subtly until you’re somehow 3 hours into a mad google horror story search and you’re worked up, into a state convinced that you’re doomed! I know that feeling very well after my mmc! As long as you recognise when you’re being too worried or anxious you take a step back and check in with reality that you’ve had a scan the nurses are happy with everything they see, you’re closing in on the 12 week date where you can relax a little more AND the nurses know how anxious you’re feeling so will do everything to help keep you assured everything’s going great! I’m so glad you’re getting an earlier scan the five weeks, it’s daunting but each scan, each appointment is closer to the end result! Awh congratulations OP! Flowers

Thank you so much for your kind words. And I'm so very sorry to hear of your mmc and cannot begin to imagine the heartache you felt 😢 But you're right the Internet is readily available for you to read anything you want, especially the worse things. Xxx
