It's not down low to pass that end 😂 but in the middle. Burped loads but it don't seem to stop.
Have been eating lots of ex Strong mints and drinking peppermint tea and it's doing nothing.

Could a hot water bottle help.. Obviously not boiling hot
Or what else. Can't go to get anything now as the kids r in bed and dp at work

Try massaging your tummy? In little circles. That normally helps me. Nice and gently and within 5 mins or so you should feel it errrr move lol x

You need a nice hot curry.

I go on all fours and arch my back so my belly is kind of hanging down and my bum higher up. Like a fat pregnant version of a sexy-time position lol

Ice cold water and chewing gum is meant to help. It’s what I’m advised to tell post abdominal surgery patients :)

I used hot water bottles. It was the only thing that took the pain away. Just make sure you use a cover and put it on top of your tshirt not under
