Hi everyone, I unfortunately had an ectopic pregnancy back in August/September and was given Methotrexate to resolve it. We've decided to TTC again this month, and weirdly my period was due 2 days ago and it hasn't come. It's never ever been this long (this is day 34!), so naturally I figured I may be pregnant. However I did a test Tuesday, and a First Response one this morning but both were negative :( it only took one cycle with my ectopic so I guess I was hoping this time would be the same. But given my period is unusually late, could it just me I ovulated much later than I thought and implantation hasn't happened yet? Has anyone else had negative tests on the day of/after their expected period but gone on to be pregnant?
