low dose aspirin - no symptoms & implantation bleeding?

I have a history of 2 MMC and recently started low dose aspirin (plus supplements incl high dose folate and ubiquinol). Nearly 5weeks pregnant, and my symptoms this time have been pretty much non-existent, in stark contrast to all other pregnancies.
Now I have a bit of bleeding, but old looking blood. Still getting strong + lines. I haven’t bled in past pregnancies.

I wondered if the aspirin and maybe other supplements were effecting things? Anyone had any experience?

Was the aspirin prescribed by a doctor? I think it could be the culprit here.

It was JoJo, I wondered if it made me more likely to bleed...
