Got to go to see midwife tomorrow and she wants a sample. The first of the day.....but would this be my 1am, 3am or 6am wee??? Seems likes stupid question.....but I'm really not sure. The 1am one doesn't always happen.....but you get what I'm asking?? Confused

Ohhhh tricksy. I’m guessing it will be the 6am though, as long as you don’t drink during the night?

I'd do 6 but I don't think it really matters. I do mine in the toilets at the surgery half the time as I've forgotten.

I'd do 6am. Your midwife probably just wants your most concentrated wee rather than one that's been diluted by the water you've drunk through the day till your appointment.

Just the one you have before you go to the appointment

The first one after a long sleep. If you work night shifts, then definitely not any of those times. If you see through the night as you get up from bed, then I’d go with the 6am.
