My sis thinks she might be pregnant so has been testing, i felt a bit odd yesterday so decided to join in with her and wee on one of her sticks.

Hers was negative.

Mine was deep, dark positive.

OK!!!!!!!!!!!!! now have to get my head round this.

I definitely wanted another but after miscarriage at christmas was planning on waiting a while longer.

I cant believe it as we have been using condoms religiously.

EEK!

Congatulations! It's hard to get your head round - it happened to me with dd2. We too were using condoms 'religiously' (nice choice of wording Pecka!) and I was in shock after doing what I thought would be a quick 'elimination' test!

Congrats again - hope you have a lovely pregnancy!

scorpio1 · 18/04/2007 08:32

what a lovely surprise!!congrats

PestoMonster · 18/04/2007 08:32

Well done!!

PeckaRolloverAgain · 18/04/2007 08:33

Thanks everyone .................. I did the test and looked at it quickly and said "nope, me neither" and we had a giggle about testing when we are obviously not pregnant.

I was busy staring at sisters test trying to see if i could possibly see a line and all the while mine was getting darker and darker, nearly sh*t mysleft!!!

I hope this one sticks!

Huge congratulations - what lovley news!

PeckaRolloverAgain · 18/04/2007 08:34

Is it a good sign that this result was WAY darker than any tests I did with my pregnancy that didnt make it?

Means lots of lovely hcg so it is a good sign that it is nice and dark I think. Congratulations!

SherlockLGJ · 18/04/2007 08:40

Pecka my first PG ended in MC faint blue line, got a bit stronger but that was it.

Second PG the line was so strong, that it was almost sucking the blue out of the test window.

Sounds great.

Much love

I cant remember my LMP - so going off symptoms only, I have only felt sick for a few days so must just be very early on.

I tend to know immediately when I am pregnant.

Damn, there goes the diet and gym regime!
