Measure bump at 25 weeks appointment

I've just had my 25 week midwife appointment and I've just realised my midwife didn't measure my bump. She put the tape measure and chart in my notes at the 16 week appointment and said she would start measuring from 25 weeks. I clearly have a bump and everything has been normal so far, I was just wondering if they now start measuring later then 25 weeks? What have been other peoples experiences?

I got measured when I went in at 24 weeks for reduced movements. I've been measured everytime.

Mine started at my 28 week appointment. It says on the bottom of the chart that it should be measured every 2-3 weeks from week 28, I guess this is the point where they start to see if you are growing along the right sort of curve. No harm in measuring before this, but I don’t think they’d worry about growth until you’d had some strange measurements after 28 weeks. Or at least that’s how I interpreted it!

For me it was the 28 week appt where they did the first one.

Mine was from week 25 so maybe it varies from area to area. Good job I got measured though because he measured small so had to have a scan. All was well but for a few appointments after that he was still measuring a tiny bit behind. He's right on the 90th percentile now though and overdue....

Mine went at 25 weeks but that was the GP.
