Snoring 😑

Hi everyone,

My snoring is getting worse to the point I wake myself up out of my sleep. I wake my husband up too with how bad it has gotten. In the morning my nose is sore and is very bloody. I coughed up a ball of blood and mucus coming from my nose.

Is there anybody in a similar situation with any remedies or anything to buy?

My Snoring is terrible at the minute, I wake up my partner with it. He finds it amusing though lol. I don't have any blood though

My snoring is ridiculous at the moment, husband tells me I sound like a chainsaw. I often have a bloody nose when I wake. I found an air humidifier has helped with the nose bleeds and stuff but the snoring seems to be here to stay x

My husband too, he said he thinks our neighbours will be able to hear me lol 😂. He keeps videoing me too lol.

Thank you. I’ll look into the humidifier. I have the midwife next week I don’t know if she will have any suggestions.

Must be a husband thing because my husband recorded me too. He swears blind he doesn't snore (which is a lie lol)

I was told the snoring will probably continue and its something to do with the muscle in your throat that relaxes, the same muscle that is the reason pregnant women suffer with reflux issues more. X

I've started putting a rolled up ball of socks under a tight t shirt at the back IYSWIM? Like the anti-snoring t-shirts with a tennis ball attached to the back
Stops me rolling into my back, so stops me snoring, and safer as our keeps me on my side.
May not work, been been a miracle worker here!

Wine that sounds like a genius idea. I never knew about anti snoring tops. I'm going to try that x
