PND, Second Pregnancy Worry

I have an eight month daughter and have suffered awfully with PND. Under health visitor / GP and medicated. Just found out this morning I am pregnant again, Clearblue says 3+ weeks! I can't even remember when my last period was, let alone work out how far along I am. What do I do now?!

I had terrible PND with my eldest, I mean I wouldn’t wish it upon anybody - not if I hated them with everything inside me. The darkest time of my life and even now that darkness terrifies me, it’s something I can’t explain unless you’ve been there... so naturally I was beyond worried that I would get it again second time around, but wow was I wrong! I was elated the entire time, the happiest time of my life in fact. From the moment he was born and I looked at him, it was like I had waited my entire life for him and every time I looked at him after that I had butterflies. I was happy in my routine, I made sure that there was no extra stress factors. My ex even left me and because I was so contained in my bubble I honestly did not care! I think it’s VERY important that you now begin to build that bubble for yourself and your children - outside influence is banned. It’s just you and your babies in your perfect little world. Good luck Flowers
