Irritable Uterus

Hello,

So I have Obstetric Cholestasis and am needing to be up at the hospital every week or now twice a week depending on blood results, for monitoring. On my last 3 CTG's it has shown I'm having regular contractions! I feel the tightening and sometimes they are quite sore but they never get any stronger than what they are. The MW's yesterday said I must have an irritable uterus and that obviously if they get stronger and are more sore then I will need to come into triage to get checked that I'm not in pre-term labour! I'm only 31 weeks so i'm just freaking out a little that my boy will be here before he is supposed to be! Has anyone else had this and if so, did you deliver earlier that expected?

My uterus was very irritable with twins. It felt like i was contracting all the time from about 14 weeks. Never painful but definitely hardening up repeatedly. I carried the twins to 36+1 and only delivered then due to preeclampsia.
One thing that did make the contractions worse was if I forgot to eat when I should

I've not noticed any pattern to them yet. They do just come so regularly though! So so strange!
