Hi,

I just need to talk this over with someone, i’m not sure if i should be worried?!

So we’ve been trying to concieve for around a year and I was made up last Wednesday when no af appeared, did a cheap test which had the faintist of lines, confirmed by OH as it really was ridiculously faint! Did 3 other tests after this all BFN. Which was then followed by 2 days of bleeding which I wouldn’t describe as light or spotting! So I obviously presumed it’s not happening this month.

This morning I’ve been feeling very nauseous and for some reason took a test fully expecting BFN but clear blue digital says PREGNANT 1-2 weeks! I then did a Sainsburys one which was negative and then a faint line on First response....

I’m really confused and starting to worry. Why did I pretty heavily bleed for two days and I’d have thought hcg levels would be high enough now for a cheap test? I’m just concerned but don’t know if should be.

Sorry for the essay just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar.

Thanks :)

It's possible the bleeding was implantation bleeding meaning your hcg would have only started to rise after that. I've never had IB myself, but some people do get it fairly heavily. It's definitely a possibility if your period is normally longer than 2 days, but it was only 2 days this time.

Personally, I would get another CB digital and also a First Response Early Response (make sure it's the early one) and try those again tomorrow first thing. I think by then, given the CB result today, you would get an obvious answer. The CB digital are usually not that sensitive and I've always gotten strong lines on FRER before them.

Do you have pictures of them btw?

Thanks for the reply, yeah I thought it could be implantation but didn’t realise it could be that heavy.

I’m new on here but yeah I’ll try and put a pic up now. Thanks

Ok so I’ve put it on here somewhere. Not sure how you can view it?
