I'm soooo sick of my lower back/bum/hips aching all the time! I feel like an old lady hobbling around, especially at night time and when i get out of bed in the morning. Someone please tell me that this resolves after the birth and i can go back to lying however i want on the sofa and in bed! Still got 15 weeks to go...

Hi, my DS is 5 (ttc #2), the aches and pains generally go after, especially once you’re able to do a bit of exercise (walking etc) to get a little more back to normal. But ever since I’ve given birth I have had a bad back (think from the weight of my bump) my other half massages me a few times a week luckily, but I never feel completely back to what I was like before. My body has definitely aged, I’m 32.

Don't think it helped that DS was 16months when I had DD so did a lot of carrying him about when probably I shouldn't have been
