As per the thread title I’m 16 weeks pregnant today and for last week feel like I’ve been kicked right up one’s fanjo. It feels achey and bruised especially when I get up to move but eases off again when I get going. I seem to remember I had similar with DS but we’re going back 7 years and I think it was a lot later on and I blamed it on him being a whopper - he was 10lbs, so I’m a bit nervous of what is causing it and why I have it now. Any ideas?

Yep I have that feeling too! I had it on my first and was told it was spd, it's went your pelvis loosens up I had physio on my first it helped a little she told me to try keep my legs together getting in and out of bed and the car, if it gets really sore to put an ice pack between my legs it did help, if it really gets bad u can get a belt to go around your hips

Could be early twinges of PGP. Might be worth seeing a chiropractor.
