Do I ring the midwife?

So I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant. I feel like such a complete hypocrit writing this thread, I'm the person always saying to myself when reading threads like these to yes, call the midwife if you're worried!! Anyway my discharge has changed over the last few days, it's quite thin and I feel like I smell strongly of urine. I don't know if I'm maybe leaking urine as I just walk around but as I've never experienced incontinence I presumed you'd feel it coming out? Do I ring my midwife unit to speak to them and see if it's normal or wait for the GP on Monday? I've also come out in a painful lump which I'm thinking is one of those bartholin's cysts, I've had them before and they're extremely uncomfortable. Again midwife or await my GP? Sorry if this is a bit of a no brainer and I should just ring but I hate the thought of wasting people's time.

Discharge smelling of urine probably is urine... do pelvic floor exercises.
For the lump, see GP

It can be a sign of infection leaking urine, so in the first instance I'd call the OOH and ask to see a GP/nurse practitioner as they can dip test and give antibiotics if needed.

Thank you, I'll give the out of hours a ring. Sorry I know the urine one should have been an obvious one.
