Sat in A&E because I'm 10 weeks pregnant and bleeding, quite watery bleeding but wanted to get it checked out.

They've referred me for a scan tomorrow. Please tell me that it's going to be OK.

They haven't let me go home yet because my heart rate is a little high so doctor needs to check but I'm sure that'll be OK.

Anyone else ever had a successful pregnancy after watery bright red bleeding?

Mine at 11 weeks was watery and pinky red and everything was fine. I hope everything is fine tomorrow Flowers

I did have this, yes. It was just like a period for me, around 11 weeks and I was looking at the blood thinking there is no way I'm not miscarrying. I was in for an internal scan pretty quick and I was surprised to hear all was well. I asked what had caused the bleeding and they said it had come from my placenta. You probably have a higher heart rate due to the panic. Good luck, virtual hand hold for tomorrow, I very well remember the feeling. Important to add, she's now 19 months!

Thank you so much for your kind words. It's good to know that it can lead to a successful pregnancy. How long did you bleed for can I ask?

My last pregnancy was so straightforward, that I just thought this one would be too.

Still in A&E though, waiting to do more obs cause of my raised heartbeat. Very busy tonight.

Hope you managed to get some sleep overnight and that everything goes ok today.

I had such a big bleed at 17wks they tested for amnesia caused by blood loss, and kept me in Hosp for 2 days.

Now I’m 27 wks pregnant with a healthy baby kicking me to bits.

Good luck, let us know xxxxx

Thank you so much for being so kind everyone! I really appreciate it, I really do.

I have an emergency scan on Wednesday. I just have to wait until then I guess. They've told me to come back in if it gets heavier.

The bleeding has actually slowed down so I think that's a good sign, judging by everyone else's experience.

Thank you again xx

I hope it goes well today op

Thank you so much for asking.

Everything went well, so relieved. There's some bleeding on the sac which is apparently very normal.

Was also told to expect more bleeding because it needs to come so not to be alarmed.

Thank you again for just being so nice.x
