Could I get some advice/opinions. I came on what I thought was my period this afternoon. I started with bright red bleeding with painful cramps. As the days gone on I've just felt slightly bloated. I've just been to the toilet and it's now almost gone but it's all brown with a few small brown clots, only small ones. Could I be pregnant?
